We have the White River on one side for the flyfishers and Beaver Lake on the other side for the bass fishers. We are just around the road from the trophy fish area of the White River.
Rates for Two ($10 per additional person per day)
Cabin # 2 - One bedroom with queen bed and full kitchen - $95.00 per day, 2 day minimum on weekends and 3 day minimum on holidays
Cabins # 3-6 $55.00 per day for 2 people, 2 day minimum on weekends and 3 day minimum on holidays |
- All cabins are air-conditioned and furnished with TV and VCR/DVD player.
- All economy cabins are non-smoking with smoking areas.
- They are furnished with all linens, soap, bath tissue, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, and some pots and pans.
- The kitchens are equipped with a small stove with oven, microwave oven and refrigerator.
- All decks offer outdoor grills and patio furniture.
- Daily towel and trash service.
- Pets are welcome, but only with approval prior to booking. Please call for details. $20 non-refundable pet fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 20 day prior to scheduled arrival. Deposit less $25-booking fee.
- Less than 20 day notice-No Refunds. No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
- No refunds for Holidays and special events.
- No cancellations on group bookings.
- 10 day notice is required for rescheduling of reservations
- Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their fully reserved stay
RESERVATION POLICY
- Reservations require a deposit of half of the total price
- Full payment is required at check-in
- Reservations on holidays require full payment
